How do I commission a pet portrait?

Simply send me a message on WhatsApp or Instagram with a photo of your pet. I'll get back to you personally, and we'll go from there. No complicated forms — just a friendly conversation.

What information do I need to provide?

A clear, well-lit photo of your pet is the most important thing. The better the photo, the more detail I can capture in the painting. I'll also ask for your pet's name — it helps me connect with who I'm painting!

How long does a commission take?

Most portraits are completed within 2–3 weeks from the time I receive your reference photo and confirmation. I'll keep you updated throughout the process.

What sizes are available?

I offer several standard sizes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Paintings are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Shipping costs depend on your location and will be confirmed when you place your order.

Do you paint cats, birds, and other pets?

Absolutely — dogs are my most common subject but I love painting all kinds of animals. Every pet has a personality worth capturing.

Can I see the painting before it's finished?

Yes — I share progress photos during the painting process so you can see your portrait coming to life. Your satisfaction is important to me.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

I work closely with each client to make sure the portrait captures their pet's personality. If something doesn't feel right, I'll do my best to adjust it before the painting is finalised.

How do I pay?

Payment details will be shared when we confirm your order. I accept bank transfer via Wise Transfer ( accepting SGD, USD, EURO) and can discuss other options depending on your locations.

I'm not based in Vietnam — can I still commission a portrait?

Of course! Many of my clients are based overseas. Everything is handled online, from the initial photo to final delivery. It's simple and personal wherever you are in the world.
